Bagwash

I found this going through some pictures a took in the Algarve, southern Portugal a while back (on film of course!)… It’s in a small town called Lagoa, whos inhabitants are not necessarily poor, but just seriously frugal. It amazed me that they actually washed their plastic bags so they could be re-used, even though they got them for free at the supermarkets. Lessons to be learned!
